LPC Supervision
LPC Intern Supervision - Noe Lopez is approved by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Licensed Professional Counselors to provide supervision to LPC interns who are working towards the required 3,000 hours experience.
Interns must maintain their own liability insurance and locate a site for their experience. We always welcome LPC Interns to conduct some or all of their hours here at our center. Send me an email so we can talk about it.

Legal Consulting
Witness preparation - NLWC can prepare you for court and provide advice on body language, facial expression, tone of voice, effective communication, decreasing anxiety, and relating to the jury. Testifying in court can be strenuous and nerve testing. You want to receive any possible advantage prior to going to court, we can help prepare you to provide a more efficient testimony.
Home Study - Home studies are utilized frequently in child custody cases. Most often, the county you are in requires county personnel to conduct home studies prior to rendering verdict in your case. However, this does not mean that you can not hire New Leaf to provide this service, especially if the home study goes against you. In some cases, New Leaf can be hired to serve as the primary source for the home study if agreed upon by both parties.
Custody Evaluation - In any divorce or separation, one of the most important decisions made will be regarding the custody agreement and visitation schedule. It is imperative that both parents feel it is fair and beneficial to the mental health and safety of the child(ren). All factors will be considered from a psychological and humanistic perspective regarding the best interest of the child(ren). Included with the evaluation are counseling sessions to help you cope with the new change in your relationship and help to get acclimated to the new changes regarding your child(ren).
Remember, lawyers, like the courts, are trained in the legal field, not behavioral or psychological. Take control of the true best interest of your situation.
